Coaching

We are recognised for our HR Coaching. We have successfully completed various assignments and act as a sounding board to HR Directors and Managers, providing a confidential, honest and results-focused coaching/mentoring service. As an experienced HR Director in three countries, Charles van Heerden has worked in various industries and has become a trusted advisor to many HR professionals.
