Organizational Change Management

Managing change is a dynamic and continuous process, like waves in the ocean. All organisations are part of an ever-changing seascape. WaveBox has developed a powerful change process to deliver positive change. The 4C model delivers change faster, with higher employee engagement and improved business results.

Why WaveBox

Change happens, whether we manage it or not. Most change is not managed, resulting in typical, negative reactions. We believe at WaveBox that change can, in fact, should, be a positive experience.

Contained within the WaveBox logo is the sigmoid curve. The sigmoid curve – or S-curve – is fundamentally about the nature of change in general. The s-curve is often used to illustrate how change affects an organization’s life cycle, but it can be applied to any system where we are striving to improve performance over time, including progressing our career.

Charles Handy (The Age of Paradox) explains that there is a paradox of change. The paradox is that at the point where we need to change the future, all the messages from our environment are sending us the exact opposite message .
