History

WaveBox is a Strategic HR Consulting firm specialising in high value strategic consulting assignments. Strong strategic alliances with reputable consulting organisations to deliver a broad consulting service to a wide range of businesses up to $500 million turnover.

WaveBox was formed in 2007. Since then we have successfully completed several projects.

Acted as interim General Manager People and Culture for FMCG company. Completed review of all HR practices.

Successful alignment of business organisation structure resulting in smaller executive team, whilst retaining key senior managers.

Completed strategic review of HR capability for a progressive consulting engineering business that has expanded with an international footprint, employing 550 employees in three countries and eleven offices.

Various smaller projects included consulting and coaching support to Managing Director of chemical subsidiary of US business regarding restructuring; as well as support to Chief Executive of leading manufacturing business to improve retention of key employees.
